AI in Vadio

It writes the draft. You decide what gets sent.

Vadio writes three things: the summary after a video call, the report after an inspection, and suggested offer lines from what was found. You do everything else. Nothing goes to the customer before a person has looked at it.

Included in the price, with a quota. No extra invoice.

An AI-written call summary in the Vadio app

What it writes

Three things, not everything.

Call summary
A summary, key points, topics and agreed tasks after a video call.
Inspection report
A draft to your template, with a condition grade and recommended action per item.
Offer suggestions
Lines from your price list, from what the inspection actually found.

The limits

It asks rather than guesses.

Anything Vadio can’t back up becomes a question for you instead of a sentence in the report. That is the difference between a draft you can trust and one you have to read word by word.

  • If something is unclear, it stands as an open question in the report. You answer, and the draft is rewritten.
  • Every suggested offer line shows what in the inspection it is based on.
  • Quantities come from a field you have marked as a quantity, or from you. Never from a number that happened to be in the recording.
  • If a recording failed to process, Vadio says so — it doesn’t pretend the material was included.

Steering

Rewrite it when it gets it wrong.

Don’t like the draft? Give an instruction and get a new version. The old one stays, so you can always go back.

  • If you have a set way of phrasing things, add the instruction once.
  • Every version shows what changed and who asked for it.
  • The report isn’t finished until a person signs it off.

What it costs

A ceiling, not a bill.

Every plan has a quota, split into two pots: one for call summaries and one for inspection reports. Use one up and the other works as before.

  • As you near the ceiling, you’re told. When you reach it, you’re told again.
  • Once the quota is used, new drafts wait for the next period. Nothing extra is invoiced.
  • Everything already written is yours. It can be read and exported as usual.
  • Chains can share one pot across their members instead of one per company.
