Vadio

Part of Sales & CRM

Build the offer from your price list. The customer signs on the phone.

You pick lines from your own catalogue, write a greeting and send. The customer gets a link by email or text, sees the offer in the browser and accepts. No DocuSign, no emailed PDF nobody answers.

Included in Sales & CRM, NOK 299 per company per month.

The price list

The goods and hours you actually sell.

The catalogue is your own. Every item gets an article number that is never reused, so an old offer always shows what was sold.

  • Add lines from the catalogue, or write a line freely when the job is unusual.
  • Quantity, unit, price, discount and VAT rate per line. The totals are worked out once, when you send.
  • Archive an item and it disappears from new offers, but stays on the old ones.

Signing

Two ways to say yes, and both count.

You choose per offer whether the customer taps accept or draws a signature. On jobs where a confirmation is enough, asking for a signature is a hassle.

  • The customer needs no account and no app. The link is enough.
  • If the customer is a consumer rather than a business, the right-of-withdrawal information is included automatically.
  • If the customer said yes on the phone, you record it yourself — and Vadio notes that you entered it, not the customer.
  • The offer can have a deadline. As it nears, Vadio sends a reminder.
An offer’s trail in Vadio: sent, opened, accepted and signed, with times

Afterwards

You see what happened, not just what was sent.

The whole trail
Sent, delivered, first opened, seen again, accepted or declined, sealed. With the time.
Sealed PDF
On acceptance a PDF is made with a checksum. It is the document, not a printable summary.
A new version, not a new thread
If the price has to change, you make version 2. The old one is marked replaced, and both stay on the case.

When something is off

Vadio stops you on what usually goes wrong.

If you type a different email address from the one on the customer, you have to confirm it’s on purpose before the offer goes out. The wrong recipient is the costliest mistake in an offer.

  • If the email didn’t arrive, the board says so instead of showing the offer as sent.
  • If the customer withdraws after accepting, it is recorded as a withdrawal with the time — the acceptance isn’t deleted.
  • The offer shows in Norwegian or English, chosen per offer.

What happens when the customer signs?

The offer becomes a job in the job list, with the same lines. A finished job becomes an invoice.
